History

	History of the companies group goes back to early 2007. The first company, E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Inc, was incorporated in February that year in British Virgin Islands.
	An International Reception in London, UK was launched at the beginning.
	By May 2007 the first services under Forex4you trade mark were launched with the target segments being emerging markets and b2c.
	First IT office of the company was launched in Siberia - a region today often called the Silicon Valley of Russia. IT infrastructure and IT resources have always been playing a key role for the company.
	Operations began within 1000 square feet office space with just few employees.
	2007 year could be called the period of formation for the company, and the first significant revenues arrived by autumn of that year.
	By early 2008 the company launched a unique multi-level affiliate program based on MetaTrader 4 - a program that drastically increased the business volumes of the company thanks to numerous new clients brought by international partners, especially partners from developing countries.
	Our introducing broker "Forex4you" opens an office in Moscow, Russia by mid 2008.
	By early 2009 the first Indian office was opened which was transformed later-on to an International Call Center processing incoming client queries. Same year we started marketing Forex4you trade mark through a network of introducing brokers (representatives) in developing countries.
	By first quarter of 2009 an order number 10 000 000 was registered in the platform.
	Forex4you brand participated in the professional expo in Malaysia in the middle of the year 2009, and by the end of the same year - an office was launched there - in Kuala Lumpur. Later this year, company has also participated in professional exhibitions held in Dubai, Moscow, Jakarta and Singapore.
	By 2009 the number of active clients of the company reached the 10 000 mark.
	Relocation of IT department to Europe began in 2009, and it's planned to get completed by 2011, thus increasing inter-department communication efficiency at the company.
	Client funds increased 31.55 times from early 2008 to early 2010, while revenues raised 11.69 times from middle 2008 to middle 2010.
	As of middle 2010, there are 59 employees working for Forex4you brand. Total number of registered orders is higher than 55 million. Clients of E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Inc live in more than 130 countries. Partners - in more than 50. The company has 5 software licenses from MetaQuotes Software Corp including 4 licenses for MetaTrader 4 trading servers and one - for MetaTrader 5 servers.
	Starting from 2010 we began purchasing offices in the financial business centers, and we expect a very positive impact on our future development.
	New Class A office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia was opened in Spring 2011.
	Representative office was opened in Riga, Latvia in July 2011.
	New Class A office in "Moscow City", Russia was opened in Fall 2011.
	Representative office was opened in Frankfurt, Germany in December 2011.
	By the end of 2011 the number of total active accounts of the company reached the 100 000 mark. There are about 100 employees working for E-Global Group.
	In year 2007 Forex4You brand was launched. 5 years later the brand new product - Forex4Pro was developed and is providing its services since May, 2012.
	On 5th day of September 2012 E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Inc gets a licence in BVI.
	On April, 2013 new service was launched called Share4you. Share4you makes auto-copying of successful trades available to everyone.
